Andrea brings warmth and dedication to her work, believing that meaningful therapy grows from a trusting, collaborative relationship with her clients. She works alongside her clients to develop practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to their individual needs, goals and values. She strives to create a safe, compassionate space where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported.

She is passionate about supporting individuals living with the psychological impact of cancer. She has worked in breast cancer research focusing on interventions that support people experiencing emotional distress, trauma, and body image concerns through their cancer journey. She understands the complex emotional experiences that can accompany cancer and other serious health conditions and works sensitively with individuals navigating these challenges.

Andrea also supports clients experiencing anxiety and panic disorders, low mood and depression, low self-confidence, sleep difficulties, challenges with managing uncertainty and grief and loss. In addition, she has experience working in eating disorders supporting individuals across a broad range of eating disorder presentations develop a healthier relationship with food and their bodies.

Andreas therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and person-centred. She integrates a range of evidence-based approaches in her work, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and self-compassion based approaches.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (First Class Honours) from Macquarie University and completed her Master of Clinical Psychology. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and holds national registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
