Jennifer Jones, Clinical Psychologist, has been a member of the Clinical College of the Australian Psychological Society for more than 25 years. She possesses a wealth of clinical experience across both public and private healthcare environments, including her work with HeadwayHealth and various private psychological practices, as well as community mental health services.
Jennifer provides evidence-based interventions and strategies to address a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment, and insomnia. Jennifer has a longstanding interest in assisting individuals dealing with chronic health conditions and those facing life changes due to illness, aging, grief, or loss. Additionally, she is especially committed to supporting those impacted by cancer, offering psychological strategies to help clients navigate new diagnoses, the impact of treatment, and longer term wellbeing in the face of health challenges.
Interventions offered are grounded in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and are customised to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
