KAREN OSBORN

Karen, our Practice Manager, will answer your telephone enquiries and provide as much help and information as possible to help you manage your appointments. Karen has a good understanding of the skills of each clinician and will work with you to match your needs with the most suitable person for the earliest available appointment.

Karen is supported by our admin team in various clinics to assist in managing your appointments.

DARJA

Darja can assist with managing your appointments and help with any enquiries you may have.
She joined our practice in 2021 and works part-time from our Frenchs Forest rooms. Darja brings a wealth of experience from corporate environments and customer service roles around the globe, giving her a strong understanding of client care and communication. She enjoys helping clients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their experience with our practice.

OLIVIA

Olivia joined our team in 2026 and provides administrative support at our Frenchs Forest rooms. Whether you need help managing appointments or have a general enquiry, Olivia is here to help.

Currently in the fourth year of her undergraduate psychology degree, she is passionate about the field and wishes to pursue a career in psychology herself.

LISA

Lisa joined our Frenchs Forest rooms in 2020 to provide part-time administrative support. Along with warmly assisting clients with appointments and inquiries, she brings strong operational skills to the practice, ensuring our daily administration and billing processes run smoothly.
